Bill is President and CEO of Landmark Companies, Inc. Landmark was founded in May 2008 as a land development company. As President, he is responsible for the leadership, direction and overall performance of the company. Over the years, Landmark has grown into a multi-discipline company, providing development, brokerage, and other miscellaneous services. Bill oversees all services to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of Landmark clients.
Bill has over 33 years of experience in Development and Construction Management. He brings extensive expertise in site-selection analysis, planning, design and construction management for commercial and residential developments of all types (office, flex, warehouse, retail, medical, single-family residential, multi-family residential and mixed use). He has been responsible for or involved in over 80 commercial and residential development projects which total over 3.5 million square feet of commercial developments at a cost of approximately $300 million dollars and numerous residential developments at a cost of approximately $135 million dollars.
Additionally, Bill has developed extensive relationships with city officials, developers, brokers/agents, bankers, and property owners of development land throughout the greater Des Moines real estate market as well as throughout the state of Iowa. The consulting services provided by Landmark is based on our knowledge of the various local real estate markets and analyzing the opportunities that currently exist for our clients or could be created for our clients to meet their goals and objectives.
